Aura collects the minimum data required to fulfill your order and improve your experience. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email, and the contents of your order. Payment information is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card.
When you visit aura.shefa.agency, we record aggregate, non-identifying traffic data (page views, country, referrer). We do not use behavioural advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
Order data is retained for accounting and customs purposes for a period of seven years, as required by Portuguese commercial law.
Email addresses are used to send transactional receipts and, if you opt in, our quarterly journal.
How to contact us
You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time by writing to care@aura.example. We respond within 14 days.
