Terms of service

All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude duties and taxes applicable in your country of delivery. Orders are processed once payment is captured by our payment provider, Stripe.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for which we cannot confirm inventory or in which we suspect fraudulent activity. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

We ship worldwide from Lisbon. Standard shipping is delivered in 3–5 business days; express in 1–2. Orders over $120 ship at no charge.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Aura products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are formulated with care, but skin tolerance varies — patch-test new products and discontinue use if you experience persistent irritation.

Our maximum liability for any order is the amount paid for that order.
